Who We Are
About Our Founder
Our team is led by Katarina Carlsson, the founder and executive director of Teacher’s Hero. Katarina is a vision mentor, trainer, and certified psychotherapist who has worked successfully for the past 15 years with many clients all around the world. She has a background as a teacher.
Katarina’s global vision is to create a world where every woman, man and child has the opportunity to live a wealthy and fulfilled life.

Our vision is to create a world where every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential by the time they are 17. We believe that education is not only about academic achievement, but also about personal growth, creativity and entrepreneurship. We believe that principals, teachers, students, and parents are the key stakeholders in shaping the future of education.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide online educational training for principals, teachers, students, and parents in order to improve educational outcomes for students from all backgrounds. By making continuing education and professional development more accessible, we aim to equip schools and families with the tools to foster each child’s personal growth and prepare them for entrepreneurial, business, college and career success. In addition, transform 195 schools globally: One school in one town in every country in the world, such that every student feels seen, heard and empowered in their Unique Brilliance. We will do this through Entrepreneurial and Leadership trainings and consultations, delivered by Global Leadership Schools trained Coaches, Consultants, Trainers and Teachers.

What problem are we solving? According to Dr. George Land, we are dumb- downing children in schools.
What Does Research Say:
NASA conducted a famous study on the creative genius of humans to measure how creative we remain over the years of getting “educated”. What is the role of “divergent thinking” in preserving and nourishing one of the most important skills for us: “Creativity”?
The test results were shocking: 98% of 5-year-old children fell into the “genius category of imagination”, this number dropped to 12% for 15-year-olds and to 2% for adults. What the education system is doing to our brains, our sheer capacity to imagine, stay curious, and being creative, is shocking, to say the least. All of us know that we are still sending children to schools and tuitions to make them ready for jobs, train them to test, and get admissions into colleges. What we don’t realize is that in the process, all of us, and now our children are losing their most natural and precious skills.
What is our Solution? To bring out the linguistic, academic, creative and entrepreneurial Brilliance in every student.
What is the Result? Every student will find meaning in school, since every teacher, parent and principal will be trained to focus on each child’s Brilliance.
Why is our solution different from most schools?
We do not focus solely on the academic and intellectual progress of each child. We focus on them as individuals with unique and natural creative potential.
Every student will have a Brilliance Profile, focusing on their strengths, their aptitudes and what they love to do.
From the age of seven every student will be given the opportunity to create their own entrepreneurial business which will provide them with an income for life as soon as they leave school at 18.
